Bespoke Collection
A collection composed for one property: yours.
Eight collections cover most properties. Not all of them. A thatched cottage with solar panels and a paddock. A shop with a flat above it. A house where you only want the glass, the gutters and the drive touched and nothing else on the plan.
So the ninth collection is not written in advance. We walk the property with you, list what it is made of and what it is exposed to, and compose a plan around exactly that — your surfaces, your rhythm, your name on the plate. It costs nothing to have it designed, and it obliges you to nothing.
What it protects
What is actually there
A standard plan protects a standard property. A composed one starts from what your building is made of and what the weather does to it — nothing paid for that does not apply, nothing missed because it was unusual.
Your time
One arrangement, one rhythm, one team who already know the property. The alternative is booking four trades a year and re-explaining the house to each of them.
The plan itself
A bespoke plan is written down: what is included, how often, and why. If the property changes, the plan changes with it — it is composed, not fossilised.
What it covers
- A walked survey, firstWe design the collection at the property with you, not from a price list. What it is built of, which way it faces, how exposed it is, and what you actually care about.
- Any service, any mixRoof, gutters, render, glass, hard surfaces, solar, grounds — any of it, in any combination, including the corner no standard plan mentions.
- Your rhythm, not oursMonthly glass and annual everything else. Twice-yearly everything. One big autumn visit. The rhythm follows the property and your patience, not a template.
- A written compositionThe finished plan on one page: what is in, how often, what it costs. No small print, nothing rolling you did not agree to.
- Priced from the propertyMeasured from survey data like every other collection, so the figure comes from your building rather than a bracket it half-fits.
- A condition note, every visitAnything we find — a slipped tile, failed pointing, a gutter running behind — photographed and written down, whether or not it is work we do.
- One point of contactThe person who composed the plan is the person who answers the phone about it.
- Reviewed once a yearA composed plan is looked at annually: what worked, what the property needs next, what can come off the plan. It only grows if the property asks it to.
- An honest noIf what you want composed is something the property does not need, we will say so before you pay for it. That is the whole point of designing it together.
Perfect for
Anyone whose property does not fit a neat category — or who knows exactly what they want looked after, no more and no less.
How often
Whatever rhythm the composition needs. Agreed when we design it with you, then kept to.
Set when the collection is composed, and kept under review. The right rhythm is the one the property proves it needs.
Everything we use is safe around pets, children and planting. Nothing we apply to your home should cost you your lawn or worry you about the dog.
What it costs
Priced exactly like the standard collections — by the surfaces and the rhythm the composition ends up containing. Designing the plan itself costs nothing. We measure the property from survey data before we quote, so the figure we give you is worked out from your building rather than guessed from the kerb. Every quote is confirmed on site before any work starts, and we will tell you if we think you do not need the work.
