Estate Collection
Complete care for larger properties and grounds, under one point of contact.
Larger properties usually collect a list of separate trades, each on their own schedule, none of them talking to each other, and the owner ends up as project manager for their own house. The Estate Collection replaces that with one arrangement, one plan for the year, and one person to ring. The work is the same work; the difference is that coordinating it stops being your job.
What it protects
Your time
The usual arrangement at this size is four or five trades on four or five schedules, none of whom speak to one another. The owner becomes project manager for their own house without ever having agreed to take the job on.
The gaps between trades
Things fail at the boundaries — the gutter behind the garage, the wall between the drive and the paddock, the outbuilding nobody was ever specifically asked about. One arrangement across the whole property means there are no boundaries left to fall down.
The buildings nobody mentions
Stables, garaging, walls, gate piers and outbuildings weather at exactly the same rate as the house and get a fraction of the attention. They are the cheapest things on a property to keep and the most expensive to rescue.
What it covers
- The whole property surveyed firstEvery building and boundary walked and recorded at the outset, so the year is planned around what is actually there rather than around what anybody remembered to mention.
- A plan for the yearEverything the property needs, mapped across twelve months so the work lands in the right season.
- The buildingsHouse, outbuildings, garaging and walls — roofs, gutters, render, joinery and hard surfaces.
- Drives, courtyards and approachesGravel, block, stone and tarmac, kept clear of weed and algae. The approach is the first thing anybody sees of the place and the last thing they see of it.
- Walls, gates and railingsPiers, capping, ironwork and timber, watched for the movement and corrosion that begin as nothing and end as masonry work.
- The groundsLawns, hedges, borders, drives and paths, maintained on their own rhythm within the same plan.
- Scheduled visitsBooked ahead for the year so you know when we are coming and are not chasing dates.
- One point of contactOne number, one invoice, one person who knows the property.
- One account, itemised by buildingEverything on the property on a single statement, broken down building by building, so you can see exactly where the year went.
Perfect for
Larger homes, country houses and commercial grounds wanting one coordinated standard instead of four separate trades.
How often
A bespoke annual programme planned around the property, rather than a fixed schedule imposed on it.
Agreed annually and reviewed each year, with visits through the season rather than one large descent.
Everything we use is safe around pets, children and planting. Nothing we apply to your home should cost you your lawn or worry you about the dog.
What it costs
Quoted as an annual arrangement after walking the property with you. Larger grounds are priced per visit rather than per square metre. We measure the property from survey data before we quote, so the figure we give you is worked out from your building rather than guessed from the kerb. Every quote is confirmed on site before any work starts, and we will tell you if we think you do not need the work.
